This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape the people agenda and drive organizational capability across a fast-growing, innovation-driven business.

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of talent development strategies that enable business transformation and future readiness. Key responsibilities include building enterprise-wide leadership frameworks, driving succession planning, and implementing programs that foster a high-performance culture. You will also oversee organizational effectiveness initiatives, ensuring alignment between structure, capability, and business priorities.

The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and global stakeholders, requiring strong influence and advisory skills. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and executive teams to deliver impactful solutions that accelerate growth and enhance employee engagement across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership within complex, multinational environments. Experience in financial services or technology-driven sectors will be highly advantageous. Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable talent strategies are essential.
