As a Talent Advisor, you will be based in our RPO client office in Singapore. You will work closely with one of our valued clients in the semiconductor industry, primarily hiring for graduate high volume project technicians and manufacturing engineers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements
- Initiate a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands
- Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process.
- Compliantly work within ATS to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real-time.
- Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
About You
- Experience within semiconductor hiring
- Inhouse or RPO experience a plus, or an agency background
- Ambitious and excited to strive for the best results
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities to find the niche candidates.
Please note, there is a requirement for assessment days to be held by the team which will be on Saturdays at woodlands, you will be required to occasionally work on Saturday.
