We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire Wealth Relationship Managers who will play a crucial role in our growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for Wealth Relationship Manager positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry
• hiring wealth advisors, relationship managers, or private bankers is a big plus
