• End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Employer Branding Represent the company professionally to candidates and actively promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Candidate Experience Ensure timely communication, feedback, and smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Insights - Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to remain competitive.
