Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) .
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

At least three years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry
