Position Summary
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you play a key role in driving quality recruitment delivery within tight timelines and criteria as well as building on the Company's branding in the market as Employer of Choice.
Role and Responsibilites
- With strong understanding of recruitment methodology, work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define job roles and determine creative recruitment sourcing strategies
- Responsible for activating recruitment sources, shortlisting and phone screening to ensure quality candidates are profiled to hiring managers for consideration
- Partner Hiring Managers to interview candidates and fine-tune screening criteria accordingly
- Proactively search and contact passive candidates to introduce to them potential open positions
- Develop an on-going and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates
- Adapt and translate good talent attraction practices into the current selection process & practices
- Work independently with vendors regarding the job specifications and desired qualifications.
- Effectively manage vendors targeting high quality candidates and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring legal compliance and cost effectiveness Manage the Company's careers webpage and other online recruitment portals
- Support the Senior Manager in driving various green-harvesting programs including internship as well as recruitment campaigns in campuses and professional institutions and leveraging on social media and virtual platforms to reach out to candidates
- Maintain statistical reports addressing issues such as cost per hire and days to fill.
- Proactively identify and suggest areas for improvement by developing and implementing effective, business-outcome changes / additions to employment policies, practices and procedures in order to achieve the strategic intent in the Company's thrust in talent attraction
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, IT or any other relevant discipline
- 5 - 7 years experience in an in-house recruitment role and / or recruiting agency
- Ability to manage volume hiring in public healthcare or healthtech domain is an added advantage
- Recruitment experience within the IT industry is a must as the candidate is expected to be very familiar with the full spectrum of IT functions, specialties and roles needed in an end-to-end IT solutions, development and architectural environment
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors etc
- Strong in stakeholder and candidate management
- Strong team player and steadfast attitude to go beyond job scope to get things done as a team
- Familiarity with web-based recruiting applications such as job boards and tools including social media recruitment resources such as LinkedIn
- Skilled in pre-screening methods to determine candidates fit for a defined position
- Poised and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, driven and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver on talent attraction strategies & initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, handle ambiguity and manage pressure
