Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding for technology-related positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Drive recruitment activities across multiple countries within Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Support high-volume recruitment initiatives and project-based hiring within tight hiring timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer management, and ensure recruitment processes are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with exposure to technology hiring.
- Experience recruiting within the Data Centre industry will be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience supporting recruitment across Southeast Asia or the APAC region.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently in either an agency or in-house environment.
- Experience handling high-volume or project-based recruitment within fast-paced environments will be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Confident managing multiple priorities while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
