About the Team The TAC-Global (Talent Acquisition Center-Global) team focuses on building high-performance teams across ByteDance's global business units, shaping the future of talent acquisition and organizational growth. Responsibilities - Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels. - Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners. - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency. - Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates. - Comfortable supporting multiple regions such as APAC and AMS.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications: - Preferably with at least 2 years of recruitment experience for the tech industry, either in an agency, search firm or in-house.
