Talent Acquisition Specialist (Singapore)

Role and Responsibilities:

· Finding the most suitable person for the job

· Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

· Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives

· Overseas talent acquisition and interview

· Participate in and provide talent acquisition analysis data to assist team's strategy planning

Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience in engineering design recruitment or EPC recruitment is preferred.

· Nice to hve possess valid work authorization in Singapore

· Fluently in English

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
