Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading consumer-facing organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 2-years contract as they continue to strengthen their people agenda. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their expertise within a dynamic industry.
In this position, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and guiding them through effective and timely hiring decisions. You will play an important role in shaping a high-touch and experience-led recruitment journey. You will also leverage and develop various hiring channels to pipeline future candidates, ensuring the business continues to attract high quality talent.
The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in HR or related, bringing along relevant expertise of in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally gained within retail or F&B environments where agility, stakeholder management and volume hiring form part of the everyday rhythm.
