Talent Acquisition Specialist (non-sales)

We are looking for a junior Talent Acquisition Specialist that has experienced in either in-house/external recruitment environment to be part of 33 Talent's Delivery team

Ideally, you should be partnering with internal team to support on-going projects for the next 4 months and you will be able to start immediately(Preferably on 12th October 2020)

• Ability to screen candidates and determine profile suitability against specifications given
• Compile candidate profiles and summary which can be presented to stakeholders when required
• Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality for delivery at all times
• Provide and receive necessary feedbacks to fine-tune the overall process of the project
• Prioritize, organize and manage workload efficiently
• Ensuring best practice in accordance to 33 Talent's delivery standards

• You'll come from agency recruitment or in-house Talent Acquisition background, with experience in research and delivery capacity. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience
• You'll need a proven track record of successful international recruitment, and a detailed understanding of best practice selection methodology (Good understanding of Boolean strings)
• You should have extensive recruitment experience at all levels from entry to executive, a creative approach to solving problems and able to act as an ambassador for the client
