Job Description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist in APAC, you will take charge of overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for Singapore, with occasional involvement in other North & Southeast Asia regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring across all levels of the organization, from entry-level positions to executive leadership roles. In this role you will report to the Talent Acquisition, Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct recruitment activities across all levels, including executive-level positions, mid-level management, and entry-level roles.
  • Lead regional campus recruitment efforts and promote the hiring of fresh graduates and diverse talents.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously enhancing recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for MKS Instruments, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.

Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of international recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring across all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Agency recruitment or RPO experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive recruiting landscape and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
