  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage offer negotiations and coordinate pre-employment documentation, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress, recruitment performance, and market trends.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and campus hiring activities.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment legislation, and data protection requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labour market developments, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Support HR projects and undertake other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and fair employment practices will be an advantage.
  • CEI Certification (Basic or Comprehensive) is preferred for candidates with agency recruitment experience.
  • Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent pipeline development will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
  • Willing to undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management to support HR and business operations.
  • 6-day work a week
