The Role
You will partner closely with business stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate functions. This is an in-house role embedded within a fast-paced financial services environment, where you will be expected to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, providing structured recommendations to stakeholders
Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate data and reporting across the ATS
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts
Requirements
At least 6 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within financial services/ Fintech firms
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels
Experience with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
