Job Scope:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within high-tech manufacturing and technology-driven environments.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
- Min. 5-6 years relevant experience in TA/ Recruitment in manufacturing industry
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms.
