Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment assignments by identifying suitable candidates and working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs. This role offers exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and talent advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for assigned roles
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines
• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Interest in recruitment, consulting, or client-facing work
