Job Description

Role Purpose(s)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a hands‑on individual contributor responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple regions. This delivery‑focused role partners closely with hiring managers to execute hiring plans, deliver strong candidate experiences, and support global Talent Acquisition operations and initiatives. The role also offers exposure to global TA practices, enabling you to build capability across regions and deepen your recruitment expertise.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple geographies, from sourcing through offer management
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source and engage candidates to build diverse and high‑quality talent pipelines
  • Manage and deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support global Talent Acquisition operations, reporting, and recruitment‑related projects
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and ways of working across regions

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Job Posting, Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Create and manage compelling job postings across internal systems, LinkedIn, and external job boards to attract the right talent.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels—including job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach—to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Support hiring for early‑career talent pipelines, including work‑study diploma roles.
  • Champion a consistent and engaging employer brand across roles and regions.

Screening, Interviews & Candidate Experience

  • Assess candidate suitability through resume reviews and preliminary screening conversations.
  • Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and time zones, consolidating feedback to support timely and well‑informed hiring decisions.

Offers, Pre‑Employment & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare offer proposals and manage approvals to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
  • Lead the offer journey end‑to‑end, including candidate communication, documentation, acceptances, and reference checks.
  • Partner closely with HR Operations to deliver smooth contract issuance and pre‑employment processes.

Projects, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to TA projects, process improvements, and global recruitment initiatives that help strengthen how we work.
  • Support recruitment reporting, metrics tracking, and ad‑hoc analysis to generate insights and inform hiring decisions.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably Business or Human Resource

Working Experience Requirements

  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house, embedded, or RPO/agency environment supporting multiple roles and hiring needs
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on hiring strategies, and manage recruitment delivery end to end
  • Exposure to recruiting across different functions, early career pipelines, or regions, with an understanding of varied hiring processes and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hiring environment, managing multiple requisitions concurrently
  • Familiarity with recruitment workflows from requisition approval through offer and onboarding

Skills Required

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment capability, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding
  • Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach to build and maintain diverse talent pipeline
  • Excellent interview coordination and scheduling skills, managing calendars across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels in different time zones
  • Understanding of recruitment administration, including offer documentation, onboarding coordination, compliance checks, and pre-employment processes
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet hiring timelines
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with confidence engaging candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Basic reporting and data interpretation skills to support recruitment metrics, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
