CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. Must travel to campus for events during peak times of year. Attend local onboarding days in office as needed

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn the innerworkings of the business unit you support and become a Trusted Business Advisory to your hiring managers. Your focus will be identifying, attracting, recruiting and hiring talented individuals into various Verticals within the firm at the entry and experienced levels. By understanding your clients business and their needs, you will partner with them on developing recruiting strategies that align with their goals. This role reports into Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Leader.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting for both campus and select experienced hires across the Philippines, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute a proactive campus recruiting strategy in partnership with a U.S.-based manager, focused on building strong talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key universities, faculty, student organizations, and career services teams to strengthen the firm's campus presence and brand.
  • Identify, coordinate, and attend career fairs, networking events, and professional conferences to build brand awareness and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with local HR, business leaders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and onboarding readiness.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or commensurate work experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience; professional services or consulting industry preferred.
  • Prior experience in campus recruiting is preferred
  • Adept user of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility, high energy, and a positive attitude
