We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the tech industry to join the Cloudwise International Zone. This role will be collaborating with the Head of HR and diverse business units across the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of their unique functions and talent requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, combining operational excellence with innovative sourcing techniques to meet our growing global needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end sourcing strategies across the functions like Sales, Presales, Channel, Project & Operations Delivery.
- Partner with hiring manager to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and translate them into proactive sourcing roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping, identifying high-caliber candidates from top-tier companies and industries.
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines by cultivating relationships with current and future leaders, even before roles become available.
- Screen and assess talent for leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and intellectual rigor, beyond just resume credentials.
- Leverage sourcing tools and platforms, and continuously experiment with creative outreach and engagement methods.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies, interview processes, and conversion rates. Provide regular insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.
- Communicate with clarity and consistency, keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the sourcing process.
Experiences, Education, qualifications, and certifications
- At least 8 years of track record experience in B2B Technology related industries with a Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Possess strong hands-on experience with full-cycle of recruiting processes in regional scope.
- Ability to manage confidential, critical searches with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality.
- Transparent, timely communication and a structured process for candidate submission and feedback.
- Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and conversation) to better support our diverse stakeholder group. This bilingual capability is a core requirement for ensuring precision in our day-to-day coordination and delivering high-quality talent acquisition support across the organization.
