Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, CBD, Government linked org $7-9k
Charterhouse are supporting a government linked organization in their search for their new Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This person will lead end to end Recruitment activities and undertake the Employer Branding portfolio including leading career fairs for the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Recruitment activities including in attracting and sourcing relevant candidates and pipelining future talent from global candidate pools for niche and hard to fill positions.
- Liaise and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and assist in creating job descriptions and advising where appropriate
- Manage the interview process through to offer manager and successful closure of roles ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Work with the leadership to support workforce planning activities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, policies and initiatives in support of the organizational development needs.
- Utilise relevant metrics and systems to provide produce reports and keep track of performance and results.
- Lead Employer Branding activities, keeping the business visible online to attract top tier talent.
- Build and develop relationships with relevant agencies
Attributes
- Previous hiring experience in a Singapore Government entity
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Ability to source for niche and top tiered talent from competitive global markets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's Degree holder
