The Role
Checkpoint is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find the best IT talent in the Asia Pacific region.
What You'll Do:
- Own the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring for professional services, engineering, technical, and G&A roles
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and HR to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
- Get creative with sourcing strategies to find top talent in Asia Pacific utilising various sourcing tools and AI
- Manage and grow our pipeline funnel of both active and passive candidates
- Screen candidates and make recommendations
- Champion diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices
- Utilize ATS platforms and recruitment analytics to track metrics, optimize sourcing efforts, and provide insights on talent landscape trends.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience, preferably in networking and security or software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
- Familiar with various sourcing methodologies in the industry
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Bonus if you speak Mandarin or Japanese.
