We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment across the organisation, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, onboarding, and recruitment reporting. If you have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and enjoy working in a fast moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organisation
- Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Hiring Managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking channels
- Conduct screening interviews, assessments and candidate evaluations
- Provide insights on recruitment best practices, hiring trends and talent market conditions
- Support hiring events such as career talks and outreach engagements
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback coordination and reference checks
- Track recruitment KPIs, metrics and reports for management review
- Oversee onboarding processes, documentation and new hire orientation
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management Team
What we're looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven track record
- Excellent communication skills, interviewing and relationship building skills
- People-oriented, confident and a self-driven individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment
