Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals, and cold-calling for complex searches to engage talent at all levels.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct screening calls for suitable candidates as the first stage of evaluation and assessment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop a holistic business understanding and manage relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Sourcing Strategy & Process Improvement: Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and optimize current processes to improve recruitment efficiency (e.g., supporting market research and talent mapping initiatives).
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate for the company as an excellent workplace.
