Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare clients (e.g. hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical, medical and life sciences organisations).

• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels, ensuring quality talent pipelines.

• Understand clients hiring requirements and align candidate profiles to meet organisational needs.

• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide timely updates to both clients and candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Ensure all placements comply with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.

Requirements

• Strong passion for Talent Acquisition and candidate management.

• Keen interest in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

• Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
