The Opportunity: Represent one of the world's most promising FMCG brands. After doubling their regional workforce in the past 18 months, the client is now seeking a switched-on TA professional to manage recruitment for hiring across Southeast Asia/Asia-Pacific.
The Role:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse corporate and operations functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR).
- Regional Impact: Act as the primary TA partner for the region, working within a lean, high-octane APAC team.
- Stakeholder Mastery: Partner directly with senior regional leaders to consult on market mapping and talent pipelining.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Sector DNA: Ideally, you come from a fast-paced Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Retail background. You understand the need for speed in a product-led environment.
- The X-Factor: Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity. You aren't just a CV-pusher; you are a brand ambassador.
