About The Team TikTok LIVE team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors. It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a new infrastructure for the expansion of ecological boundaries. We are looking for aspiring Talent Acquisition Partners to join us and build the next highland of the future! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our TikTok LIVE team, bringing in the industry & technology expert to power the new business growth. What You Will Do 1. Deeply understand hiring needs partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies 2. Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs 3. Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans in creative, marketing, design and other business-related roles 4. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources or related field 2. 5+ years HR experience 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization 4. Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. Desirable Qualifications 1. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment 2. Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures 3. Experience working in the technical industries.
