Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles across Trading, Operations, Marketing, and Technical functions, driving talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract and secure top talent for Trading, Operations, Marketing, and Technical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, trading forums, and other social media to identify high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define clear job scopes, refine candidate requirements, and develop structured, equitable interview processes that enhance candidate assessment.
- Craft engaging job postings and outreach content that effectively communicate the employer value proposition to attract quality candidates.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to ensure transparent communication and a positive recruitment experience throughout all stages.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for specialized and high-impact roles to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Monitor market and talent trends within fintech, trading, and blockchain sectors to identify innovative sourcing opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics and pipeline status to stakeholders, ensuring recruitment efforts meet hiring objectives.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within Cex, Dex, prop trading, or fintech sectors.
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates through non-traditional channels such as Discord, Reddit, and community platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills demonstrated through successful talent acquisition outcomes.
- Proactive and agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required to facilitate effective coordination and collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders in the Greater China region.
