About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Singapore office as a Talent Acquisition Partner within the HR team. This role reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the complete recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channelsincluding job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Assessments: Evaluate candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with the organization's skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to developing and executing strategies that promote our organization as an employer of choice.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and the competitive hiring landscape to maintain an edge in talent acquisition.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understand current recruitment trends and compliance regulations to ensure a fair and lawful hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, equipping interviewers with relevant candidate information and feedback.
  • Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition professional with success in recruiting top talent.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various sourcing techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
