Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source and attract talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide timely updates and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Track hiring progress, recruitment metrics, and pipeline activities to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across different functions and seniority levels.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives, while identifying new sourcing methods to attract quality talent.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven, resourceful, and proactive, with strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building capabilities.
