JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates professionally
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and above
- Training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in people-centric roles and talent development
