Job Description

We are currently partnering with a multinational and universal bank who currently operates across 14 different markets in the APAC region. Universally diverse and recognized as one of the largest leading financial institutions, they are now looking to hire an experienced recruiter to cover investment banking and corporate banking recruitment within the firm.

Your role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the investment banking and corporate banking functions which will include the sourcing and identifying of internal and external candidates and the full cycle of candidate management. You'll liaise with stakeholders and provide market insights and hiring trends, whilst conducting offer management and working with various HR departments and business units to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. You'll also be responsible for talent attraction including executing employer branding and employee engagement strategies through recruiting sourcing channels and events. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and overcome hiring challenges that the firm may face whilst participating in various HR related projects and recruitment initiatives.

The suitable candidate should bring at least 6+ years of front office recruitment experience within the financial services industry in addition to experience of professional hiring in the APAC region. You should demonstrate excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of hiring practices, interview techniques and tracking processes for applicants across multiple positions with an understanding of recruiting metrics. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a team environment is key whilst also possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
