About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing, independent Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the globe. This is a pivotal role where you will manage diverse hiring needs ranging from R&D and Manufacturing to Sales and Strategic Management.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate different time zones and cultural nuances to find top-tier talent for our global expansion.

Career Progression & Conversion:

We view this role as a long-term investment. For a high-performer who successfully delivers on our global hiring milestones, there is a clear pathway to be converted into a Permanent Full-Time role at the end of the year. Depending on your career aspirations and business needs, this path can lead to a Senior TA Partner position or a transition into a Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.

Job Summary

  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring process from initial sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Global Sourcing: Proactively identify candidates for technical and non-technical roles across the Southeast Asia, North America, Europe and beyond using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business goals.
  • Pipeline Building: Maintain a robust talent pool to meet the projected talent demand.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment (In-house or Agency). Experience in Tech/Manufacturing recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Regional Exposure: Proven track record in hiring for the Southeast Asia (SEA) and US/European markets. Familiarity with local regulations is a plus.
  • Independent Contributor: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of open roles.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Mandarin (highly preferred) to communicate with stakeholders and candidates across different regions.
  • Results-Oriented: A hunter mindset with strong sourcing skills and the ability to reduce reliance on external headhunters.
