Responsibilities
You will join the People Resourcing Centre and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support hiring for open roles.
- Identify and utilize recruitment channels, social media and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable manpower pipeline
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Perform end to end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Create positive candidate experience for every candidate
- Partner government agencies/external parties for hiring initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree
- Min 2 years end to end recruitment experience preferred
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Takes initiative and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people
