Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner engages in strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and secure top talent aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring requirements, execute targeted sourcing campaigns, assess candidate suitability, and manage offer processes to drive effective recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs and define precise job requirements that align with project objectives
  • Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies using job portals, databases, social media, academic channels, and global networks to attract qualified candidates
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and alignment with project requirements to ensure optimal fit for roles
  • Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting its reputation and attractiveness to prospective talent
  • Lead and coordinate internship programs to support talent pipeline development
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment legislation across all recruitment activities
  • Provide timely recruitment updates and detailed reports to project and team managers to inform decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience with recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and HR databases.
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English Mandarin is preferred to support country-specific hiring, and other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews and assess candidate fit.
  • Good decision-making, organizational, and multi-tasking skills self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.
  • Advanced use of online networks, communities, and social recruiting channels.
  • Proactive approach to process improvements and creative problem-solving.
