Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global technology company to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner on an initial 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing regional Talent Acquisition team supporting significant growth across APAC.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting an ambitious hiring agenda across the region. Working within a lean but highly effective Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions and Product Support hiring. The business is continuing to invest heavily in talent across APAC, making this a highly visible and impactful role where your contribution will directly influence the organisation's growth plans.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across Singapore and Australia, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor while driving hiring activity from intake through to offer management. As part of this process, you will develop sourcing strategies, proactively identify and engage talent, manage candidate pipelines and provide market insights to support hiring decisions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to recruitment initiatives across other APAC markets, including emerging growth locations, providing valuable regional exposure.
The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment within fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will have demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across a range of functions, ideally including Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions and customer-facing teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for any recruiter who enjoys being hands-on and close to the delivery aspect of Talent Acquisition. Rather than focusing on large-scale transformation projects or people leadership responsibilities, the emphasis is on executing effective recruitment strategies, influencing stakeholders and helping the business secure high-calibre talent in competitive markets.
