Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global fintech firm to appoint a Global Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12‑month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose‑driven organisation with regional and global operations, known for excellence, integrity, and building high‑performing businesses. The role sits within a lean, high‑calibre HR team operating in a dynamic and globally connected environment.
This individual will support a broad spectrum of recruitment activities across Singapore, APAC, and selected global markets. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, responsibilities will include managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, partnering with business leaders to understand talent requirements, executing direct sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews, managing the offer process, and ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The role will also contribute to wider TA initiatives such as talent pipelining, employer branding, DEI hiring efforts, and recruitment process improvements.
The successful candidate will be a meticulous, results‑oriented TA professional with experience in full‑cycle recruitment for at least 5 years, ideally gained within financial services or a fast‑paced multinational environment. They will demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑management skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and global setting.
