Position Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our expanding semiconductor operations. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders to meet workforce demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and experienced in managing high-volume and specialized hiring, with the ability to build strong talent pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with Business Leads and Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Forecast and track hiring needs, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, gather feedback, and drive hiring decisions efficiently
- Engage and manage external recruitment agencies where required
- Organise and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and hiring events with educational institutions and government bodies
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and other HR projects as needed
- Support other HR-related initiatives and ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing for technical or niche roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, social media platforms, and talent databases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment
