We are looking for a highly driven and independent Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager to support our agency growth and talent expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source and identify potential candidates to join as Financial Planners or Agency Managers
- Build and manage recruitment pipelines through various sourcing channels
- Conduct initial engagement and follow-up with potential candidates
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
Recruitment Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment campaigns and projects effectively
- Work closely with management to implement recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure projects are executed according to timeline and objectives
Strategic Execution
- Analyze recruitment challenges and propose effective execution strategies
- Take initiative to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate conversion
- Independently drive projects with strong ownership and accountability
Requirements
- Diploma qualification and above
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong execution and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales support, or financial services will be an advantage
