About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, fast-learning Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Intern to support our recruitment engine. You do not need prior ATS/Moka or TA experience what we care about is your curiosity, speed, ownership, and hunger to grow.
This role covers three key missions:
- Moka Owner help us optimise and manage our ATS so it becomes a powerful, efficient tool for the TA team.
- Amplifier operate content, branding, and referral channels to attract more top talent.
- Intern Hiring supporting end-to-end intern hiring for the organisation.
What You'll Do
1-ATS (Moka) Operations Moka Owner
- Help clean, organise, and enrich candidate data.
- Build tags, organise talent pools, and support better search.
- Improve workflows, templates, and basic system settings.
- Keep the ATS tidy, accurate, and easy for the team to use.
2-Talent Marketing & Content Amplifier
- Use AI tools to create engaging, attractive, and easy-to-share content for our job postings enabling both internal and external referrals to spread roles more effectively.
- Research, help strategise, and execute on building efficient social media channels to attract talent.
- Track content and channel performance, identify what works, and propose improvements to increase reach and quality applications.
3-Support Hiring Interns for the Organisation
- Assist in hiring interns across different teams, from sourcing to screening to coordination.
- Gain hands-on exposure to the full end-to-end recruitment process: role scoping, sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Learn how a professional TA function evaluates and selects talent.
What We're Looking For
- Hungry to learn, proactive, and able to pick things up quickly.
- Strong soft skills: communication, ownership, problem-solving, attention to detail.
- AI-native mindset already using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Familiarity with social media (WeChat, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.); if you operate or create content for your own accounts, that's a strong plus.
- Passion for HR, talent, content, or operations.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin preferred.
