Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Executive to support our talent acquisition efforts. The role focuses on sourcing recruitment leads from various channels, engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

This position is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, organised, and enjoy engaging candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Source and generate recruitment leads through various channels including:

    • Career portals (e.g. MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed)

    • Social media platforms

    • Referrals and networking activities

  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements

  • Conduct initial phone or online screenings to assess candidate suitability

Candidate Engagement & Follow-up

  • Contact candidates promptly to explain job opportunities and company culture

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Follow up with candidates before and after interviews to ensure a smooth experience

  • Maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment journey

Interview Coordination & Administration

  • Arrange interview logistics (venue, virtual links, schedules)

  • Track candidate progress and interview outcomes

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with internal policies

Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in recruitment events, career fairs, and roadshows when required

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage

  • Familiarity with career portals and social media recruitment platforms

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates concurrently

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude

  • Comfortable with follow-ups and engaging candidates proactively
