Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional for a 3-month contract position to support end-to-end recruitment activities and staffing needs across the organisation.
This role is suited for a hands-on recruitment professional with strong experience in high-volume hiring, candidate engagement and recruitment compliance. You will work closely with business functions and hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and recruitment processes.
Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will also support recruitment analytics, career fairs and continuous improvements to staffing practices.
The Job:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment and feedback management.
- Partner closely with business functions and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Proactively develop and engage candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Manage and maintain candidate data, applications and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Review and enhance job descriptions to effectively attract and engage relevant candidate pools.
- Plan and support recruitment activities and career fairs in collaboration with relevant government agencies and educational institutions.
- Ensure recruitment activities and job advertisements comply with Singapore employment legislation, MOM and TAFEP requirements.
- Provide recommendations on recruitment strategies, staffing practices and process improvements where applicable.
- Prepare recruitment statistics, reports and analysis to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Monitor market recruitment trends and provide insights on talent availability and best practices.
- Support work pass applications and management in accordance with MOM requirements.
- Manage high-volume and mass hiring activities, including blue-collar recruitment.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates of recruitment data and candidate pipelines.
The Talent:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources recruitment or staffing, preferably within a manufacturing, semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience managing high-volume or mass blue-collar recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM requirements and TAFEP guidelines relating to recruitment and job advertisements.
- Prior experience in managing work pass applications and related processes.
- Strong HR reporting and data analytics skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, market trends and best practices.
- Highly compliance-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
