Job purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executingend-to-end recruitment activities across the organization while taking ahands-on approach in managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding tooffboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers and businessleaders to drive manpower planning, attract high-quality talent, and ensure aseamless employee experience. In addition to recruitment, the role supportscore HR operations and initiatives to enhance overall organizationaleffectiveness.

Job Responsibilities职位职责
1. Talent Acquisition 招聘管理(核心职责)
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
主导并执行端到端招聘流程,包括人力规划、职位发布、人才搜寻与筛选、面试安排、录用管理及入职流程。 - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. 与用人部门紧密合作,了解招聘需求,明确岗位要求,并制定有效招聘策略。
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.通过招聘平台、LinkedIn、员工推荐及人脉网络等多渠道主动搜寻候选人。
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience. 管理候选人全流程,确保良好的候选人体验。
- Drive interview processes, provide market insights, and support hiring decisions. 推动面试流程,提供市场洞察,并支持招聘决策。
- Manage offer processes including salary benchmarking, negotiation, and documentation. 负责录用流程,包括薪酬对标、薪资谈判及相关文件处理。
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.

2.Employee Lifecycle Management 员工全生命周期管理(入职至离职)
- Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding,probation review, confirmation, contract management, and offboarding.负责员工全生命周期管理,包括入职、试用期评估、转正、合同管理及离职流程。
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience and proper integration of new hires.确保新员工顺利入职并快速融入组织。
- Oversee exit processes, including resignation handling, exit interviews,and documentation.管理离职流程,包括离职处理、离职面谈及相关文件。
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data compliance.维护员工档案,确保人力资源数据的准确性及合规性。
3. HR Operations & Generalist Support 人力资源运营与综合职能支持
- SupportHR functions including HR operations, performance management, learning &development, and employee engagement.支持人力资源各项职能,包括HR运营、绩效管理、培训发展及员工关系。
- Assist in implementing performance management processes such as goal setting,probation reviews, and appraisals.协助推动绩效管理流程,包括目标设定、试用期评估及绩效考核。
- Coordinate training and development initiatives 协助培训与发展相关工作。
- Provide HR advisory support on policies and procedures为员工及管理层提供HR政策及流程方面的支持与建议。
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies确保人力资源工作符合当地劳动法规及公司制度。
- Participate in HR projects such as process improvement and HR digitalization.参与HR项目,如流程优化及数字化建设。
4. Stakeholder Management 业务协作与伙伴关系
- Act as a trusted HR partner to hiring managers and leadership.作为业务部门及管理层可信赖的人力资源合作伙伴。
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and workforce planning.与各部门协作,支持业务发展及人力规划。
- Provide insights through HR data and analytics to support decision-making.通过人力数据分析提供洞察,支持管理决策。
Job Requirements 职位要求
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业本科或以上学历。
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience with strong hands-on recruitment exposure.具备5-8年以上人力资源经验,并拥有丰富的招聘实操经验。
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.具备独立负责端到端招聘流程的能力。
- Experiencein agency/headhunting or in-house recruitment is an advantage.具备猎头或企业内部招聘经验者优先。
- Familiar with employee lifecycle management and HR operations.熟悉员工生命周期管理及人力资源运营流程。
- Experiencein Retail, FMCG, TCM, or consumer-related industries is preferred.具备零售、快消品、中医药或消费品行业经验者优先。
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力及利益相关者管理能力。
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.能够在快节奏及实操导向的环境中工作。
- Proactive,detail-oriented, and well-organized. 工作积极主动、细致严谨、条理清晰。
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力者优先。
