Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple regions and disciplines to meet diverse workforce needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead international search mandates, delivering high-quality candidates to support early stage real estate and construction projects
- Build and sustain strong talent pipelines across key global markets to ensure ongoing candidate availability
- Provide actionable market insights and advisory support to stakeholders for informed talent decisions
- Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing employer brand
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated success in international recruitment
- Strong track record managing multiple recruitment mandates in fast-moving environments
- Essential background in Real Estate or Construction, focusing on early stage developments is required
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and engage diverse teams
- Adaptability and proactivity to thrive in a high growth, dynamic setting
- Willingness to relocate to the Middle East
