We are pleased to be partnering a renowned Singapore HQ manufacturing company, which has exponential growth plans, to appoint a Group Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function across the organisation, based in their office in North Singapore. With new and exciting commercial projects upcoming, this is a great time for this talent acquisition leader to join the organisation as part of their highly collaborative HR team leadership team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will focus on leading the Talent Acquisition function end-to-end based in Group headquarters. In this highly visible role, you will be the trusted advisor to the senior leadership team on recruitment strategy and the TA roadmap, including resourcing planning as well as driving and implementing bespoke talent and recruitment programmes and initiatives to support organizational goals and requirements. You will also play an active role in pro-actively sourcing and building talent pipelines for the business, with a particular focus on executive hiring due to your relationships with the leadership team. You will work closely with the key stakeholders to understand their search requirements and ensure their current and future hiring needs are met, acting as an internal TA Consultant and trusted subject matter expert to the business, supported by a high performing team.

The ideal candidate will have least 10 years experience managing a recruitment function in house within a Singapore or Asia headquartered MNC, with experience managing and developing a team. Prior experience working in the facilities management / real estate / manufacturing and/or logistics industry managing volume recruitment will be required. It is important for this individual to have strong analytical skills, be able to run and manage TA reports and communicate effectively with the business. In addition, this individual will be comfortable managing and negotiating complex compensation packages, working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: salary circa SGD 100,000 - 130,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
