About Our Client

Our client is an established organization with a strong presence in Singapore and the region. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager / Director to lead and strengthen their hiring capabilities.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire talent aligned with organizational priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and building a high-performing talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business growth
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and levels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Enhance recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making
• Ensure structured and consistent hiring practices across the organization
• Manage external recruitment partners and vendors
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal talent acquisition team (if applicable)

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house and/or agency)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and recruitment tools
• Understanding of Singapore employment practices and hiring guidelines
