This role can be based in key GHD offices across Asia, including Makati (Philippines) or Singapore.
Who are we looking for
GHD has a new and exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia to lead Talent Acquisition (TA) across the Asia region. This role strengthens recruitment capability through market specific talent strategies, senior and complex hiring, and consistent TA governance across diverse and rapidly evolving markets.
As a strategic partner, you will influence senior stakeholders, align talent strategies to regional growth priorities, and lead the Asia TA team, building capability and consistency while collaborating closely with ANZ and global TA leaders.
Role Scope and Impact
Lead TA across Asia in support of regional growth priorities.
Lead and deliver senior, complex, and niche recruitment across the Asia region.
Own market-specific TA strategies across diverse labour markets and regulatory environments.
Set consistent TA governance, standards, and decision quality across multiple countries.

What you'll bring to the team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience leading teams through transformational change in TA across country and/or regional contexts.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong TA systems expertise (Oracle Cloud Recruiter is an advantage) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter capability.
Demonstrated strategic sourcing and non-traditional pipeline development experience.
