Provide hands-on operational and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment execution, system accuracy, and timely hiring delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data
- Assist with offer documentation and support approval workflows
- Liaise with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Ops, and internal stakeholders
