What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in helping us build world-class teams across Asia, not limited to campus but experienced hires.
You will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes: from job postings to interviews, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and assess candidates across different functions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across time zones
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity
- Assist with employer branding content and recruitment campaigns (e.g., campus events, social media)
- Conduct market research and generate insights on talent trends and competitor benchmarking
- Support broader People Team initiatives as needed
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment is a plus
