As a Talent Acquisition Intern supporting SPX Express, you'll gain hands-on recruitment experience, working closely with candidates and hiring managers while making a tangible impact on Shopee's Logistics operations.
Job Description
We're looking for a people-oriented and hands-on Talent Acquisition Intern who is excited to learn recruitment through real-world experience.
- Support recruitment for SPX Express roles, gaining exposure to the end-to-end hiring process
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Support offer discussions, closure, and onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment data and support hiring reports and pipeline tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Interested in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and working with people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds
- Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a good team player
- Prior background or experience in HR is advantageous
