Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Intern who has prior internship experience in TA or recruitment. You will work closely with a high-performing team of seasoned talent professionals and gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Screen CVs to shortlist candidates for various roles
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and teams
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Work closely with recruiters to support candidate sourcing and engagement
• Gain insights into best practices in sourcing, candidate experience, and recruitment strategy

What We're Looking For:

• Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about recruitment and eager to learn
